Just came across this beautiful home in Berington Club, a gated community in West Sanford. Could not believe the amazing price: this single family dream home was just reduced to $319,000 today and is truly one of the best real estate deals in West Sanford, Central Florida.
With over 3,000 square feet including 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a bonus rooms upstairs this home offers plenty of room to grow. Even the lot is HUGE, you'll see.
